The Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School announced the results of the Digital Economy Olympiad

The Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School hosted an Olympiad in Digital Economy among students of specialized secondary vocational institutions of Turkmenistan. The event was held to mark the 35th anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan under the motto: “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses.”

The competition was organized jointly by the Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School and the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, with the support of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

According to the results of the competition, 15 students won prize places.

First place was awarded to Soyli Murrikova, a student of the Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School; Myakhri Hashimova, a student of the Lebap Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School; and Byagul Mammaeva, a student of the Mary Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School.

Second place was awarded to five students: Ayjeren Meretgulyyeva and Lyale Yazlyyeva (Mary Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School), Aygul Kelova (Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School), and Govkher Gurbanova and Zyba Gurbanova (Balkan Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School).

Third place was awarded to seven students: Ogulnabat Berdiyeva, Gozel Hallyeva, and Orazjakhan Myradova (Trade and Cooperative School of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan); Sevinch Hoshvagtova (Lebap Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School); Novchagul Ashyrova (Balkan Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School); Ayna Gurbanguliyeva (Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School); and Aylar Ashyrmamedova (Dashoguz Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Vocational School).

The winners were awarded diplomas of the corresponding degrees and commemorative gifts from the Olympiad organizers. Letters of appreciation were presented to teachers of vocational schools across the country for their excellent preparation of students for the Olympiad.

The competition was held with the aim of identifying and encouraging the most talented and capable students, stimulating their interest in research activities, enhancing their theoretical knowledge and developing practical skills, fostering well-rounded young people, and preparing highly qualified and in-demand specialists.
