During the talks, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Turkmen-Azerbaijani relations across a wide range of areas.
Special attention was paid to strengthening political and diplomatic dialogue, intensifying contacts and visits at the highest and high levels, as well as implementing the agreements reached following mutual meetings and negotiations.
The ministers emphasized the importance of further strengthening the legal and contractual framework of bilateral cooperation.
The parties also exchanged views on cooperation within international and regional organizations, primarily the United Nations, noting the high level of mutual support between the two countries within various international structures.
Particular attention was also given to preparations for upcoming high-level international events, as well as issues related to further coordination of joint work within regional and international platforms.
Following the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to the further development of the traditionally friendly, brotherly, and good-neighborly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
