In order to strengthen the legal foundations of state environmental policy, to define key areas of action to minimize the impact of climate change, to enhance the resilience of ecosystems and the forestry sector to its consequences in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, and to ensure the successful implementation of the National Climate Change Strategy of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution.

The document approves the National Forest Program of Turkmenistan for 2026–2030 and the Action Plan for its implementation.
