In order to ensure favourable conditions for the solemn celebration of Independence Day of Turkmenistan and comfortable recreation for the population of our country on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, and also in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

1. Declare the 28^th of September, 2026, a non-working day.

2. Move the day off from 27^th of September to 29^th of September, 2026 – Tuesday.

3. All institutions, enterprises and organisations, regardless of their form of ownership, shall ensure the implementation of this Decree.
