For great achievements in the proper care of Alabai dogs, which are an integral part of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, their cultivation and breeding based on modern achievements of world science, increasing their worldwide fame, popularising the best traditions of the national school of dog breeding, taking into account conscientious and exemplary work over many years, and also on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Day, I decree:

to award the honorary title of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň at gazanan itşynasy» to the following citizens of our country:
