The large-scale construction of various facilities and buildings across our country is aimed at further strengthening its economic potential and improving the living standards of the population. One of the key requirements for ensuring the uninterrupted implementation of these projects, which form the foundation of socio-cultural development, is the production of high-quality construction materials in sufficient quantities. To this end, dozens of major specialized manufacturing enterprises operate in Turkmenistan. One of them is the Turkmenabat-based «Demirbetonönümleri» enterprise, located in the second industrial zone of the administrative centre of the country’s eastern region.
The enterprise is equipped with modern technologies and advanced machinery from Germany, Italy, and Türkiye. Its product range includes hollow-core floor slabs, road kerbs, reinforced concrete columns and blocks, concrete wall blocks, as well as wooden and specialized aluminium doors, windows, and various types of furniture. Currently, around 150 experienced specialists work at the enterprise.
The reinforced concrete production department consists of concrete-mixing, reinforcement-processing, and moulding workshops. Thanks to well-organized operations and the effective use of advanced technologies, the enterprise has produced 17,976 cubic metres of reinforced concrete products since the beginning of this year. As a result, the production target was exceeded, while the growth rate compared with the same period last year reached 103.4 per cent.
The necessary raw materials and supplies are delivered to the enterprise by quarry departments of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, the domestic «Demirönümleri» enterprise, as well as the Yashlyk Expanded Clay Plant and the Lebap Cement Plant. The high quality of the products manufactured is ensured by a specialized laboratory operating on the enterprise’s premises.
The modern enterprise also has a successfully operating woodworking and metal products department. Established in 2020, this department occupies an area of three hectares and specializes in manufacturing furniture, doors, and windows for administrative and residential buildings to meet specific customer orders. Its dynamic development clearly demonstrates the enterprise’s ongoing efforts to find new solutions and expand its production capacity.
The extensive work being carried out and the impressive results achieved in the year proclaimed “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses” demonstrate that the dedicated team of the Turkmenabat-based «Demirbetonönümleri» enterprise will bring this remarkable year to a close with further outstanding achievements.
