President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has met with the representatives and officials of the Turkmen-Japanese league of friendship created at the Parliament of Japan.

In the course of the meeting, the President of Turkmenistan and representatives of the Parliament of Japan expressed their opinion about further strengthening of inter-Parliamentary ties as integral part of the Turkmen-Japanese relations. Activity of the Turkmen-Japanese league of friendship created at the Parliament of Japan is urged to contribute to it.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov invited the representatives of the Turkmen-Japanese league of friendship to visit Turkmenistan.

In the course of the meeting, the President of Turkmenistan was familiarized with the structure and major aspects of activity of the Parliament of Japan.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also familiarized the representatives of the Parliament of Japan with structure and key trends of the activity of the Parliament of Turkmenistan.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Turkmenistan Tikahito Harada also took part in the meeting.
