President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Turkmenistan Oleg Tabanuhov.

Exchanging the views on the prospects of the Turkmen-Belarus relations, the Turkmen leader and his guest called for the further efficient cooperation in the sphere of economy as well as humanitarian sphere noting that the full-scale implementation of the existing potential met the national interests of the both countries. Participation of the partners from Belarus in implementation of the large and significant projects in various spheres serves as a bright evidence of the pragmatic approach to building the business cooperation. That is vividly proved by the grandiose joint project on construction of the ore-dressing and processing enterprise in Lebap Velayat as well as long-term supplies of agricultural equipment manufactured in Belarus to Turkmenistan.

Underling the significance of cooperation in the humanitarian sphere, the Turkmen leader and the diplomat emphasized on the necessity to foster the fruitful relations in the sphere of culture and establish close contacts in the sphere of education and science.
