In the course of working visit to Balkan province President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has received a tutor of Indian-Turkmen friendship society, officially appointed national representative of the Party of Congress of the Republic of India Mr. Mohamed Afzal and his wife. The meeting was held in the luxurious center “Berkarar” the opening ceremony of which was taken place this morning.

Within the framework of talks it was noted the importance of establishment of close contacts in the most diverse spheres and holding of joint arrangements on the regular basis with participation of famous workers of culture and art of two countries.
