President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent deep condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in connection with a plane crash in Kazan.

On behalf of the people of Turkmenistan and the Government, the Turkmen leader expressed the words of sincere empathy and support to the families and friends of the victims.
