President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov participated in the elections of the deputies of Mejlis of the V convocation.

The President of Turkmenistan voted at polling station 48 of constituency 7 "Gunesh", where several candidates run in the election per one place that satisfy the requirements of the alternative elections and provides a voter with an opportunity to elect the worthy candidate like in other constituencies. The Turkmen leader came to the polling station with his father Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov and mother Ogulabat Berdimuhamedova.
