On the instructions of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Chairperson of the Mejlis A. Nurberdyeva received the credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Turkmenistan Mr. Badamdorj Bathishig.
During the meeting, the diplomat was briefed on the main areas of the internal and foreign policy of Turkmenistan and the key aspects of the large-scale projects and programmes of the social and economic and cultural development taken place in the country.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Turkmenistan got acquainted with the structure and versatile activity of the Turkmen Parliament, its work and international relations. In this regard, it was suggested to establish the close inter-parliamentary relations between the two counties.
