President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent his condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in connection with acts of terror taken place in Volgograd and entailed numerous victims and severe injuries.
The letter particularly reads as follows: “Denouncing decisively any display of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan fully supports the efforts of the world community in the field of struggle and liquidation of this evil”.
