In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the People's Republic of China (Beijing city) Chynar Rustemova is also appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Mongolia.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Austria (Vienna city) Silapberdi Nurberdiyev is appointed Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
