It was noted that the ongoing innovative programmes and large-scale reforms not only enabled Turkmenistan to maintain high rates of economic growth, but also enhanced its attractiveness for foreign investors. In this regard, the sides paid much attention to the aspects of trade and economic and cultural and humanitarian cooperation that laid the groundwork for the fruitful intergovernmental dialogue that the agreements reached during the official visit of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Tokyo last September as well as effective activities of Turkmenistan-Japan Economic Cooperation Committee had given a powerful impetus to.
