Position of deputy governor for construction is introduced in a series of etraps and towns with rights of etrap. Relevant resolution was signed by the President of Turkmenistan.

As it is noted, this decision was made with a view of successful realization of national, state, regional and sectoral programs of development, further increase of investment activity in the regions, intensification of control over opportune commissioning of projects with high quality and effective use of finances.

The list of etraps and towns with right of etrap, where it should be introduced the positions of deputy governor for construction, was determined in connection with creation of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture and necessity of transfer under the authority of municipalities the construction organizations and enterprises, which earlier were under the jurisdiction of former Ministry of Construction.
