President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the chairman of the Japanese-Turkmen Committee for economic cooperation, executive vice-president of “Itochu Corporation” Yoichi Kobayasi.
In the course of the meeting, it was held the view exchange on possibilities of the Turkmen-Japanese partnership in economic sphere, emphasized the availability of favorable conditions for further expansion of cooperation, optimal realization of its multi-aspect potential, stimulation of investment activity, productive contacts in the line of industrialists and entrepreneurs.
Special emphasis was made on activity of the Turkmen-Japanese and Japanese-Turkmen Committees for economic cooperation, which regular meeting will be held in Ashgabat.
Particular topic of discussion became further strengthening of cultural and humanitarian ties.
