President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the Minister of culture and tourism of Republic of Azerbaijan Abulfas Garayev, who arrived in our country for participation in the events in honor of the 290th anniversary of great poet and thinker Magtymguly Phragy as well as in the International scientific conference “Magtymguly Phragy and universal cultural values”.
