President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent his condolences to President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping for the deaths and numerous injuries in a terrorist attack in Urumqi, the capital of the western Chinese region of Xinjiang.

“Resolutely opposing all forms of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan supports the efforts of the world community to counteract this evil”, said the President of Turkmenistan.

On behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and oh his behalf the President of Turkmenistan expressed his deep sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims and the wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
