President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the chairman of Shura of the parliament of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mr. Abdullah Bin Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh.
The head of Turkmenistan and his guest highly appreciated the reached level of interstate interaction, developing, particularly, in fuel-energy sector, in the sphere of investments, trade, tourism, scientific-technical and cultural fields. As it was noted within the framework of meeting, mutual understanding of Turkmenistan and Saudi Arabia on various aspects of bilateral and international cooperation determines to a large extent the nature of relations.
Underlining with satisfaction available positive dynamics of productive dialogue between two states, having substantial potential, the President of Turkmenistan and his guest expressed the confidence in successful development of partnership within the framework of new joint projects urged to serve for welfare and prosperity of people of two friendly countries. In this connection, it was underlined the importance of regular exchange of visits at different levels and utmost strengthening of the Turkmen-Saudi inter-Parliamentary contacts as powerful factor of consolidation of ties of friendship and mutual understanding.
