President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov considered new large construction projects drafted by specialists of the VINCI Construction Grands Projets French Company, one of the oldest partners of our country.
The Turkmen leader headed the the House of Government of Turkmenistan. At present, the works at this construction site are under completion.
Vice Premiers, Khyakims of Ahal Velayat and Ashgabat as well as the Head of the VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Regional Director greeted the President of Turkmenistan.
The draft designs of new facilities to be built in Ashgabat and Ahal Velayat were submitted to the President for consideration.
Among them are the draft design of the building of Ahal Velayat administration centre to be built on the territory of Ak Bugday Etrap as well as general plan and layouts of new buildings and facilities to be constructed there.
Considering the projects, the Turkmen leader provided a number of specific comments and recommendations regarding the architectural design of new building and the use of innovative developments and technologies.
Approving the concept of construction of the Ahal Velayat Administrative centre, the President instructed the relevant officials to complete the project and emphasized that each building to be erected on the territory of the new city should be remarkable for its architectural design.
Speaking about efficient water consumption, the President of Turkmenistan instructed Ahal Velayat Khyakim and Vice Premiers in charge develop the systems of using rain water and treated used water.
Within the framework of the presentation, draft designs of new social and cultural facilities to be built in Ashgabat were also submitted to the Turkmen leader for consideration. Among them are the Turkmen National Conservatoire designed for 780 students and D. Ovezov Turkmen State Specialized Musical School designed for 500 students.
Considering the projects, the President of Turkmenistan instructed Khyakim of Ashgabat to analyze the requirements set to musical schools and pay particular attention to acoustics in concert halls.
The President of Turkmenistan also instructed all those present to consider the energy efficiency of new buildings with the aim to use energy resources efficiently.
The Head of the VINCI Construction Grands Projets assured the Turkmen leader that all his comments and recommendations would be taken into account and expressed deep gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for the opportunity provided to his company to take an active part in implementation of important urban development projects in Turkmenistan.
