President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov chaired a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, during which priority issues of the state policy and draft documents were considered.
The President signed the Decree on Oraza bairamy, in accordance with which July 29, when the national holiday will be celebrated, is announced a day off. In accordance with the document, the working day is moved from Saturday July 26 to Monday July 28with the view to create favourable recreation conditions for citizens of Turkmenistan, and July 28 is announced the days off.
The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on the Amnesty in honour of the holy Gadyr gijesi. Following the noble tradition, 1,095 citizens of Turkmenistan and 9 foreign citizens are to be amnestied in honour of Gadyr gijesi.

They reported on the measures taken to improve the procedure for licensing certain types of activities and optimize the procedure for financing the construction of private houses. It was reported that the procedure for mortgage lending would be uniformed and several standard building types would be designed for private houses.
