Today, on the instruction of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the chairwoman of the Parliament A. Nurberdiyeva received the credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. Edib Bukvich.
In the course of the meeting, the Ambassador was familiarized with key vectors of foreign and home policy, being pursued by Turkmenistan. Its priority aspect is the development of mutually interested international cooperation.
Diplomat was also informed about activity of the national parliament and reforms, being realized in the legislative sphere.
Having noted the interest of Bosnia and Herzegovina in activization of interaction with the Turkmen state in trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian and other fields, Mr. Edib Bukvich declared about his intention to assist the diversification of constructive interstate cooperation, successfully developing both in bilateral and multilateral format – within the framework of the largest international organizations.
