In order to implement bilateral agreements achieved between Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Republic, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on establishment of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Kyrgyz Commission on trade and economic, scientific and technological and humanitarian cooperation for Turkmenistan. The President appointed the Vice Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in charge of construction, energy and communal services the head of the commission.
