President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander in Chief of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on army discharge from Armed Forces, other troops of Turkmenistan of the soldiers, who serves in the armed forces by conscription, and a regular conscription of citizens of Turkmenistan for military service.
According to this document, in April-June 2015, the servicemen, who served terms fixed by the law in the Armed Forces and other troops of Turkmenistan, will be transferred to the reserve. In April-June 2015, the citizens of Turkmenistan of male sex, who were 18 by conscription day and having no right for deferment from conscription, and citizens of older age, who lost a right for deferment from conscription, will be called up for military service as well.
The document was signed in accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan and Law of Turkmenistan “On military duty and military service”.
According to Special Order, the officials of law-enforcement agencies have to hold the discharge of servicemen, who served the fixed terms, in the solemn atmosphere in accordance with plans of discharge, encourage the high achievers of military and socio-humanitarian training.
