The main vectors of bilateral cooperation include the transport sector. As is known, Turkmenistan has put forward a number of initiatives in this sector which are supported by the Uzbek side and currently being implemented. For its part, Uzbekistan is taking practical steps in this field, contributing to international environmental partnership.

Taking an opportunity, the Turkmen leader wished the leader of the neighbouring state every success in the presidential elections, which will be held in Uzbekistan in late March this year.
