In accordance with the Resolution of the Mejlis, the honorary title “National Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan” was conferred to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for significant contribution to development of the horse breeding industry, popularization of Ahalteke horses and increasing the authority of the Turkmen equestrian sport on the world arena.
