President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who arrived in Italy on a working visit, had a meeting with the Head of the CIFAL Company (France) Gilles Remy.
Expressing gratitude for the opportunity of a personal meeting, the businessmen congratulated the President of Turkmenistan on the fact that Turkmenistan was the first country to hold the National Day at the Expo Milano 2015.
Within the framework of the meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Head of the CIFAL Company discussed the opportunities for further joint work and specified the fuel and energy sector, construction infrastructure and transport sphere, in particular civil aviation among the priority areas for cooperation.
“Turkmenistan, which is based on the latest scientific and technological achievements and innovative technologies, is always open for a constructive dialogue with world-known companies”, said the Turkmen leader. “That is vividly proved by the participation of another French company - Thales Alenia Space in building the first communications satellite of Turkmenistan Türkmen Älem 52°E that was launched into orbit”.
