President of Turkmen Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Cemil Cicek.
During the meeting, the Turkmen leader and his guest exchanged views on the current state and prospects for the bilateral dialogue. It was noted that at present, Turkmen-Turkish relations, which are based on the common spiritual values, successfully developed in all fields and were filled with new content at the present stage. In this context, the meeting participants noted that the top-level agreements reached during the official visit of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Turkey in March this year had given a powerful impetus to develop the interstate cooperation.
Upon conclusion of the meeting, the guest expressed his gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the opportunity of a personal meeting and wished new outstanding achievements to the Turkmen leader in his multifaceted activities and peace and prosperity to the Turkmen people.
