On the final day of official visit to Republic of Slovenia, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the Slovenian “Iskratel” Company, which is the world manufacturer of telecommunication equipment, leading technological company of the European Union.
The President of Turkmenistan, who came to the office of Company, was welcomed by its General Director Zhelko Pulich and members of the board of “Iskratel”.
Officials of the Company familiarized the nation leader with its innovation potential, having presented new designs and solutions, as well as reported about results of activity within the framework of joint project on development of telecommunication systems in Turkmenistan, expansion of volume of local telephone network.
Offering the high guest the strategy and technological achievements of the enterprises of “Iskratel” group, the officials of Company declared about their interest in strengthening of positions on rapidly developing Turkmen market. Taking into account scale reformations in transport-transit system of our country and development prospects of this sphere, the Slovenian specialists have worked out the proposals on optimization of logistic connections of structural foundations of the sector and whole economy as well.
The matter is about new information-communication solutions for arrangement and management of transport communications, multi-modal transportations of goods and passengers, rendering efficient and qualitative services in this sphere.
Efficiency of work of this system was presented for the nation leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the example of modernization of telecommunications of railway network. Presentation of the project was accompanied by slides with technical parameters and characteristics, detailed information about expected results of introduction of this platform.
In the course of the talk, it was also raised the issues of training of specialists for work with such high-technology platform. As the President of Turkmenistan noted, the topic of training of the staff was also discussed at the meeting with the leadership of Republic of Slovenia, particularly, considered the possibilities of increase of quota for the Turkmen youth, being sent for study at the Slovenian higher educational establishments.
Upon completion of program of the visit to Slovenia, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left for the International Airport of Ljubljana wherefrom he flew to Motherland.
