In accordance with article 13 of Law of Turkmenistan “On international agreements of Turkmenistan”, Parliament of Turkmenistan ratified a series of documents.
National Parliament has ratified Protocols to the Framework Convention on the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea: on preservation of biological diversity and on protection from pollutions of land sources and as a result of overland activity.
It was also ratified the Agreements between Turkmenistan and Republic of Kazakhstan on delimitation of bottom of the Caspian Sea between Turkmenistan and Republic of Kazakhstan, and Protocol on transfer of persons convicted for imprisonment, Agreement between Government of Turkmenistan and Government of Islamic Republic of Iran on mutual legal redress on criminal cases.
