President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent to President of Republic of Turkey Rejep Tayip Erdogan the deep condolences on behalf of people of Turkmenistan and on his personal behalf in connection with untimely death of former President Suleiman Demirel. The letter particularly reads as follows:

“Suleiman Demirel was outstanding politician and state figure, who realized colossal work for the sake of welfare and happy life of Turkey and its people”.

The head of Turkmen state conveyed the words of sincere empathy and support to family and friends of the deceased, as well as all people of Turkey.
