During working trip to Lebap province, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has inspected the construction process of ore-dressing and processing complex for production of potash fertilizers in Garlyk settlement. While examination of construction site, the head of state was familiarized with state of affairs on major industrial sections of the enterprise.

Foundation of the enterprise was laid in June 2009 with participation of the President of Turkmenistan and President of Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. Complex, being constructed by the Byelorussian enterprise “Belgorhimprom” jointly with the Turkmen builders, is intended for production of 1 million 400 thousand tons of fertilizers per year.
