President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov chaired a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Avaza national tourism zone. The drafts documents and the organizational issues of the upcoming meeting of the Elders’ Council and other events were discussed during the meeting.
The President arrived at the Avaza Congress Centre early in the morning. There the Chairperson of Mejlis, the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, the members of the State Security Council and the hyakims of the regions and Ashgabat greeted the Turkmen leader.

The report on the results of the contest Türkmeniñ Altyn Asyry of the President of Turkmenistan among writers, poets, cultural workers, artists, amateur young singers and gifted children was presented.
The information about the measures taken in preparation for Day of Power Engineers and the International Exhibition and Conference, marking the professional holiday of Turkmenistan’s power industry, was presented.
