The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on conferring honorary titles to workers of culture and art on occasion of the 24th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.
The honorary titles were awarded to the National Artist and National Painter of Turkmenistan, Honoured Worker of Culture, Honoured Artist, Honoured Bagshi, Honoured Worker Art and Honoured Journalist of Turkmenistan.
