President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin following the crash of the Russian airline Kogalymavia's airbus that killed all 224 people on board.

On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan and on his behalf the President of Turkmenistan conveyed his deep sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims.
