The top-level talks in the capital of the Celestial Empire on November 12 has focused on a wide spectrum of issues of the interstate cooperation. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Beijing to hold the talks.
As was noted during regular top-level talks between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, the two countries aim at enhancing constructive cooperation at the bilateral and multilateral level, within the framework of authoritative international and regional organizations and structures.
Dozens of important joint projects, including the ambitious project of the XXI century – Turkmenistan-China transnational gas pipeline have become an important result of the well-balanced model of cooperation that has proved itself over time. The new gas pipeline supplies ‘blue fuel’ from Turkmenistan to the Celestial Empire.
Chinese businessmen take an active part in the implementation of large-scale investment projects in our country, including the construction of important industrial and social facilities, in particular in the framework of the complex development of the Galkynysh largest gas field in Turkmenistan. This cooperation satisfies the interests of the two friendly states and serves as an essential factor in strengthening peace, stability and sustainable development in the Central Asian region.
Cultural and humanitarian relations play an important role in building up the interstate dialogue. That is vividly proved by organization of the Week of Culture of the Chinese city of Xian in Mary.
