President of Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attended the opening ceremonies of new buildings erected on Ankara Street in Ashgabat.
The total area of newly-erected three 12-storey 72-apartment houses is over 72,000 square metres. There are three, four and five-room spacious apartments with the improved layout in each house. All necessary conditions for a comfortable and happy life are created there. Underground car parkings are located at the basement level of the houses. The territory adjacent to the high-rise buildings is planted with trees and shrubs. It should be noted that the owners of new apartments got a 50-percent discount under the terms of the loan repayment within 30 years that has no analogues in the world.
There are a shopping centre with the stores offering a wide range of food and industrial products and children’s goods, cultural and sports centres near the new apartment houses.
Attending the opening ceremony of the new housing estate, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the apartments at the invitation of Sviridov’s and Toylyev’s families.
Congratulating the owners of new apartments, the Turkmen leader presented them gifts and wished them a happy life in the new house.
The President also visited the new sports and cultural centres. The sports facility occupies the area of 1,500 square metres. It has fitness equipment and two swimming pools for adults and children. The outdoor swimming pool for children, tennis court and volleyball playgrounds are located on the territory adjacent to the sports centre. Favourable conditions are created in the cultural centre designed for 500 visitors to host various social and cultural events.
