Focusing on the importance of creating the conditions conducive to preparing horses for the competitions on the territory of the breeding complex, the Turkmen leader gave specific instructions.

The clean mountain air, boundless meadows and remoteness from city noise create an atmosphere conducive to keeping horses and foals healthy. The air temperature in Geoktepe Etrap differs by 3-4 degrees from that in the city, which creates the most favourable environment for Ahalteke horses.

The Turkmen leader said that the new horse breeding complex would aim to promote horse breeding, increase the number of thoroughbred bloodstock and improve their reproductive qualities and breed traits.

The draft designs of the facilities to be built on the territory of the horse breeding complex in Ahal Velayat were presented to the Turkmen leader for consideration. A green area will stretch between the horse breeding complex and the housing estate. Horse racing tracks are to be built on the territory of the horse breeding complex.

Favourable conditions for work, leisure and recreation of local specialists are being created. Apartment houses for 114 families are to be built in immediate proximity to the horse breeding complex. Shops that sell a lot of different types of goods will be built for local citizens and playgrounds – for children. All the buildings will be faced with white marble

The kindergarten for 160 children has the gyms for sporting activities and the halls for music classes and playgrounds. The territory adjacent to the kindergarten will be landscaped.

In general, the design of the new horse breeding complex will represent the modern style of Eastern architecture. Different kinds of trees and flowers will be planted on its territory.

Deputy Chairman E. Orazgeldiev presented the projects and layouts of the greenhouse, where young trees and flowers will be grown, to the Turkmen leader for consideration.
