In honour of the 20th anniversary of neutrality of Turkmenistan, in accordance with the Decree of the President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov the President of Islamic development bank group Ahmed Mohammed Ali Al-Madani, General director of International Organization for Migration William Leisi Swing and the Secretary general of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe Lamberto Zannier were awarded with anniversary medal “Garaşsyz, Baky Bitarap Türkmenistan” (“Independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan”) for “significant personal contribution to expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation”
