On behalf of people, Government of Turkmenistan and on his personal behalf, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent sincere condolences to President of Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in connection with the death of the sixth Secretary General of the United Nations Organization Boutros Boutros-Ghali. The letter particularly reads as follows:

“Being the prominent politician, Boutros Boutros-Ghali was a remarkable example of courage and concern about all mankind not only in Egypt, but also beyond its borders. I am sure that blessed memory about him will remain forever in the hearts of present and future generations”.

The head of Turkmen state also conveyed the words of sincere empathy and support to relatives and friends of the deceased as well as all people of Egypt.
