According to the agreement with this social organization, the municipality has helped to find premise, the bank has issued the credit, which was used by Ogulbash for purchase of necessary equipment. For future employees, Ogulbash has organized a retraining course.
And further – handwheels of sewing manufacture were started turning. It was started from sewing of national women’s cloth, and already have successfully mastered tailoring of working overalls, the school and sports form, children's clothes. According to Ogulbash, her masters can execute any, even the most complicated in designing the order. Without stopping rest on laurels, the businesswoman has decided to let out the richly decorated in national style the silk scarfs, which are very popular among Turkmen women of fashion. Ogulbash often sits down the sewing machine if business demands it.
Ogulbash concerns with understanding about the needs of employees, takes care them and strives to provide them enough time to spend with their family and house efforts. All of them live near the sewing shop, and after work, they have time both to prepare a dinner, and to give time to a family.
