In Turkmenistan the Order «Zenan Kalby» and the honorary title «Ene Mähri», which is annually awarded to women for outstanding achievements in implementation of fundamental reforms and large-scale programs, great progress in work and social life, contribution to the noble cause in educating of young generation, is instituted.
Woman is the custodian of a family hearth. The role of our women in the education of the generation of highly moral, educated young people, patriots of the country is great.
