The final round of annual inter-university contest "Student beauty" took place in the Turkmen State Institute of Culture organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan jointly with the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly and the Women's Union.
The contestants are the ones who became finalists of the preceding stages of the contest, held in all universities of the country, timing it to coincide with International Women's Day.
The Contest consisted of three rounds started with the creative performances of contenders for the title of the best students of the country. One by one, girls competed in vocal and dancing skills, recited poems, read monologues from famous literary works.
The second nomination was intended to reveal the culinary talent of the representatives of the fine half of Turkmen students, in which all contenders handled their tasks well, nicely surprising the jury members not only with the ability to cook, but also with the skill to serve dishes.
The final stage of the beauty contest was the colorful defile of the evening dresses, made in the traditional style, became a vivid culmination of the festive evening.
Grand Prix and the title "2016Student’s Beauty” was awarded to Dessegul Orazgylydjova, the student of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly. The first place was awarded to Selbi Agyshova, the representative of the Turkmen Agricultural University. The second and third places were awarded to Dylnovaz Charykulyeva and Merjen Yagmyrova, the representatives of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture and the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management.
The winner awarded with special diplomas, souvenirs and bunch of bright spring flowers. Upon completion of the contest, it was given the gala concert for the contestants and guests, prepared by the creative teams of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture.
