President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a regular video-teleconference session with participation of Deputy Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers, the head of Presidential administration, governors of provinces and Ashgabat, where it was considered the realization process of complex reformations expanded in the country as well as priority issues of socio-economic development of the capital and regions.
Opening the meeting, the head of state first called for the live video the governor of Ashgabat M. Abilov, who reported on situation in the capital, measures taken for accomplishment of the city, including the ongoing work on creation of green areas and ensuring the cleanness on the territory of districts of the capital.
Having dwelled on issues of development of districts of the capital, the head of state Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded to keep under constant control the modernization of Ashgabat transportation system, the construction progress in the city roads, bridges and other facilities. President of Turkmenistan also gave a number of instructions to the governor concerning organization in the capital of solemnity on the occasion of the National Spring Holiday, development of the cultural program, active participation of population in the upcoming events.
At the same time, the head of state also called for the live video the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, the head of Presidential administration Sh. Durdyliyev, who oversees the city of Ashgabat.
The meeting was continued with a detailed report of the governor of Ashgabat about monuments planned for construction at the crossroads of streets and avenues in different parts of the capital. Relevant projects were submitted to the leader of nation.
Then, governor of Ahal province A. Yazmyradov reported on state of affairs in the region, implementation of the National Program of village transformation, the steps taken for the purpose of organized cotton sowing campaign. Governor also reported on the program of upcoming celebrations and paces of work at the facilities, being built on the territory of the province.
Having noted the necessity of more vigorous promotion of reforms in the agricultural complex of the province, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed to keep in the center of attention the issues related to the timely conduct of large-scale events on agricultural lands of the region as well as preparation for the cotton sowing campaign.
Then, governor of Balkan province D. Durdiyev reported on situation in the western region of the country, agro-technical activities carried out on care of wheat and beginning of the organized sowing campaign of various vegetables as well as fulfillment of earlier instructions of the President of Turkmenistan.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed to create all conditions for organized start of spring-field works, timely and qualitative conduction of important agricultural campaign.
Further, video-teleconference session was continued with the report of governor of Dashoguz province O. Gurbannazarov, who reported on state of affairs in the region, the implementation process of the National Program on reformation of rural areas, the ongoing works on sowing fields and practical steps taken on an organized start of cotton sowing campaign.
Having focused attention on the need for an organized and qualitative realization of important campaign in agro-industrial complex – cotton sowing, the head of state gave a series of instructions regarding arrangement of coordinated work of relevant structures.
Then, the governor of Lebap province Ch. Charliyev reported on situation in the region, the ongoing work on the agricultural lands of the province and agro-technical measures on an organized conduct of cotton sowing campaign. Was also sounded the information on practical steps to be taken in order to improve social sphere in the province within the framework of the National Program on transformation of village.
Having noted the necessity to keep up the pace of ongoing works in the province, the Turkmen leader gave a series of instructions on improvement of the logistics of leaseholders with a view of timely and orderly conduct of the upcoming sowing season, as well as establishment of coordinated work of all structures.
