President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin over the crash of «Boeing-737-800» passenger plane in Rostov-on-Don, which entailed numerous human losses.

On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan and on his behalf, the head of Turkmen state conveyed his deep sympathy and support to the families and relatives of the victims.
