And new buildings continue to rise, amazing visitors and inhabitants of capital with the scope, magnificence and reasonableness of their social mission.
Example to that is the new complex of buildings that have risen along the Ankara street. The autumn of last year there had been put in operation three 12-storeyed 72-room apartment houses of the raised comfort, sports and trading centers and a building for carrying out of public actions, also constructed by the order of oil and gas complex. White-marbled new buildings harmoniously blended with architectural ensemble of this part of capital.
On the area at the new building, on the occasion of significant event decorated with garlands of balloons, colour tapes and flags, there have gathered vice-premiers of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, heads of Mejlis, diplomatic representations and missions accredited in Turkmenistan, ministries and branch departments, foreign visitors who have arrived to our country on celebrations, devoted to the National holiday of spring and the International day Novruz, elders and numerous youth, representatives of mass media and wide public.
The masters of arts of Turkmenistan have prepared their creative gifts. “Dehistan” and “Galkynysh” groups have performed with colorful song and dancing composition. They have demonstrated the inspired mastery and talent. By national tradition, the girls in national dresses offer participants of ceremony a celebratory regale – holiday pishme.
The significant moment comes – the respected elders approach to the central entrance of a new building of Cultural-business centre and under storm of applauses of the ceremony participants, cut a symbolical ribbon. In foyer, the visitors are again welcomed by the artists - accompanied by ensemble of dutar players, known in our country folk singers-bahshi perform.
Participants of celebration examine with interest a three-storey building of the Center, which external shape and design of interiors excellently combines the achievements of modern architecture and design, traditions of national architecture. The total area of complex is 17 thousand 363 square metres, from them about 11 thousand square metres is well accomplished and landscaped territory.
Here all conditions are created for versatile leisure of workers of fuel-energy complex in free from work and study time, developments of creative abilities of the youth. In particular, there is the big concert hall intended for 652 seats, with well equipped stage. Besides, there is one more concert platform for 148 spectators and capacious conference hall for holding of public events.
Separate premises were created for rehearsals of dancers, singers and musicians, including adult and children's ensembles of dutar players, symphonic-variety, folklore, vocal-instrumental and choral groups. There are make-up rooms, dressing room, art and film studios, video and sound recording studios. The network of circles and specialized classes for training on interests, offices of administration and employees of the Center will function here. Classes for trainings in choreography, musicians-drummers, premises for playing draughts and chess are provided as well. In ground floor of the building, there is gym with the area of 312 square meters equipped with modern training apparatuses, canteen for 210 seats, warehouses of different destination, special platform for musicians, etc.
During survey of Cultural-business Centre, bakshi and musicians, orchestra “Merdana”, children's dancing group performed their concert numbers before participants of celebration. Visitors had a talk with young sportsmen - chess players and checkers players.
Then, on the main stage of Cultural-business Centre, it was held a big celebratory concert.
