President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov chaired a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. Presenting the agenda of the meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave the floor to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Hojamammedov, who reported on the progress of implementation of the Programme on development of the financial, economic, and banking systems of Turkmenistan in 2012-2016. It was also reported on the work done to increase the export potential of the national economy and promote the increase the volumes of export of domestically produced goods to foreign markets.
Then, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, the director of the State Agency on Management and Use of Hydrocarbon Resources at the President of Turkmenistan Ya. Kakayev reported on the results of work in the various sectors of the fuel and energy complex.
Commenting on the report, the leader of the Turkmen state instructed the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers to enhancing the efficiency of work of the structural subdivisions of the oil and gas industry. Particular attention should be paid to application of new technologies and attraction of foreign investments into large industrial projects.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E.Orazgeldiev reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns. The report on the measures taken to improve the regulations of exporting agricultural products and consumable goods produced by the ministries and departments of the agro-industrial complex abroad through the Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan as well as on the work of the State Commission on registration of the plant protection agents was presented during the meeting.
Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Ereshov reported on the status of the work done in the industrial sectors conducted under his supervision.
Then, the floor was given to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Executive Secretary of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Sh. Durdylyev, who reported on the measures taken to improve the regulations on transferring means to the special account of the Ashgabat khyakimlik to finance the work on improvement of the Turkmen capital, repair of engineering systems and reconstruct roads and streets.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Atdaev reported on the preparations for the International Construction exposition to be held on April 7-9 with participation of state and private enterprises of Turkmenistan as well as leading foreign companies.
Deputy Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Yazmuhammedova reported on the preparations for the cultural events, including international ones.
Reporting on the current situation in the spheres under his supervision, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers S. Toylyyev reported on the work done to modernize the national system of education.
The Vice Premier also reported on the preparations for the V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games and the progress of implementation of the 2017 Asian Games General schedule. In this regard, it was reported on the measures taken to establish fruitful cooperation with foreign partners, including famous companies that profound experience in organization of large-scale sports competitions.
Commenting on the report, the leader of the Turkmen state underlined the importance of the systematic coordinated work of all structures involved and intensification of mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign partners, study and attraction of the best world practices in this sphere.

Approving the draft of the Turkmenistan-UN Partnership Framework for Development for 2016-2020, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov spotlighted its significance given the further enhancement of efficient bilateral cooperation built on the strategic long-term basis.
During the meeting, the President signed the Resolution approving a number of international documents on cooperation between Turkmenistan and foreign states in various areas.
Chaiperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan A. Nurberdiyeva informed the leader of the Turkmen state on the work done by the National Parliament to improve the legislative basis of the country in compliance with the goals and tasks on the social and economic development of our country.
