President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov sent deep condolences to Emperor of Japan, Akihito and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe over the earthquake happened in the city of Kyushu, which entailed numerous human losses, injuries, and large scale destruction.
