President of Turkmenistan signed Resolution on exemption from registration at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan foreign trade contracts of legal entities of nongovernment sector and private entrepreneurs related to export of products manufactured in Turkmenistan.
According to the document it was approved the list of a number of goods, which are exempted from payment of customs duties, and not limited in volumes of exports from Turkmenistan.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2016.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution instructing to open at the Turkmen State Institute of Energy faculty of professional development.
In accordance with the document of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan in conjunction with the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan it was instructed:
to ensure organization at the faculty of professional development paid courses for up to two months;
to develop and approve Regulations on the faculty of professional development, plans of courses of professional development and retraining of specialist.
